Lilly Scott sings I Fall To Pieces by Patsy Cline
Tonight Lilly took to the stage tonight with her mandolin to sing Patsy Cline’s “I fall to pieces” She had big shoes to fill as she was following Crystal Bowersox and the judges LOVED her performance. So after Lilly sang here were the judges comments:
Randy–”I think it was hot tonight–I think you’re in the zone tonight”
Ellen “Loved the voice, loved the originality of your style, loved it, love you!”
Kara “I don’t know how you did it but you made Patsy Cline feel current! Gotta give it to you!”
Simon “It didn’t have the wow factor” “It was cute, it was quirky but it could have been a risky thing to do tonight”

Lily is safe and coming back!
Lilly Scott is safe and coming back next week. So far this week John Park, Michelle Delamor and Jermaine Sellers have been sent home. One more girl is leaving. At least Lilly is safe!

Lilly Scott sings the Sam Cooke classic “A Change is Gonna Come”
After being loved by the judges last week Lilly was excited to enter this week’s competition because she feels like the judges really “get her”
After singing tonight here was what the judges said:
Randy- He loves that Lilly is unique and does her own thing. He called it his favorite performance so far of the night!
Ellen said that people say ‘you’ve got it’ –she doesn’t know what “it” is but Lilly has it! It was BY FAR the best peformance of the night–by far!
Kara told Lilly that she just had her first ‘moment’ of the competition and thank god lilly tried out becuase you are gonna change the game!
Simon said that Lilly’s performance really makes the point of how you become relevant and showcase yourself. He did however think it wasn’t as amazing as the rest of the judges said but it was still great.

Lilly sings The Beatles- Fixin a Hole
Lilly Scott finished singing and Ellen said “that’s what we’re talking about!” Lilly rocked the Beatles tonight with her guitar and unique touch on a classic Beatles song. Simon said it was the best so far tonight and was impressed with her musicianship. Kara said Lilly was comfortable on stage and that EVERYONE was going to remember her tonight. Randy loved that she is an independent artist with honesty and he thought it was great!
